Return Policy

CANADIAN, USA and INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: In the unlikely event that there are defects in your mailbox when it arrives, please let us know immediately. In such a case, it is important that you take photographs clearly highlighting the problem, and email them to us at 
We do accept returns but are not responsible for return postage, so please confirm that the purchase is appropriate and suitable for you (check to make sure it will fit the space you have in mind, or that your gift recipient will like or use the product).
Refunds are limited to the cost of the item plus tax, and do not include original or return postage cost. Items must be returned in original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. We have the right to refuse a return if item has been damaged through mishandling. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please email us if you wish to arrange a return. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please email and we will work to resolve the situation.


Our mailbox is one of the best that money can buy, constructed in Canada of 20-gauge stainless steel. The artwork is printed by a sign company on exterior vinyl that we know from experience is extremely durable. We will honour the mailbox manufacturer's one year warranty against rust or defects. (If problems develop with the mailbox after warranty has expired, contact us and we will engage the manufacturer on your behalf.) There is a five year warranty against fading or discoloration on the artwork.
